Does Greenhaus Apartments have apartments available now?
Availability changes daily. Because Greenhaus is one of the most sought-after apartment communities in Davis, many apartments are reserved before they are publicly listed, especially during the summer and fall leasing seasons. We recommend checking current availability online, applying early, or joining our waitlist.
What lease terms do you offer?
Greenhaus Apartments offers standard lease terms ranging from 11 to 15 months for most apartment homes.
Do you offer short-term leases?
Yes. Short-term leases are available for select 1-bedroom apartments with a minimum lease term of three months. A monthly premium applies.
Do you offer month-to-month leases?
No. Greenhaus does not offer month-to-month rental agreements.
Are utilities included in the rent?
Utilities are billed separately. Residents are responsible for electricity, water, sewer, trash, and internet service.
Do you offer roommate matching?
No. Greenhaus does not provide roommate matching. If you plan to live with roommates, everyone must apply together and be approved on the same lease.
Do you offer by-the-bed leasing?
No. Greenhaus leases each apartment as a complete home rather than individual bedrooms. This gives roommates the flexibility to divide rent however they choose.
Is parking included?
Yes! One of the many benefits of living at Greenhaus is free resident parking. Each resident may park one vehicle at no additional charge.
Is Greenhaus pet-friendly?
Yes! Greenhaus is a pet-friendly apartment community in Davis that welcomes both cats and dogs. Residents may have up to two pets per apartment.
Do you offer furnished apartments?
Yes. Furnished apartments are available through CORT Furniture Rental for an additional monthly cost. We also offer fully furnished apartments for select short-term stays through Airbnb.
